"Was told couldn’t get late checkout but then was sent email asking for check out time where I was invited to pay $30-$60 for a late check out. Said there was a gym but 2 of the 4 machines (both treadmills) were not working and not even an “out of service” sign. Breakfast was ok. Staff varied - somebody who appeared to be a manager was very good, "

"Clean room"

"Parking was easy. Location was not to far from the auto train in Sanford. There was a Perkins within walking distance which worked out well for our meals. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The floors were very dirty. We had no soap in our room. When we shared this info with the front desk we were told they are hurrying to get the room ready for the next guest. That's not really a good reason for the room to be dirty "

"WiFi was horrible. The area Maitland is really nice and high class in my opinion! They gave me a dirty room at first and I immediately asked to be moved to another room. The second was sooo clean I can smell the bleach as soon as I walked in which is completely ideal! Everything was great. The breakfast is just muffins, yogurt, bagels, coffee, water and cereal. Overall it was good I would stay here again! If you’re looking for something cheap and comfortable this is your place. Just make sure you check the room first. Prepare to buy breakfast & have hotspot."

"i was worried after reading some of the poor reviews on here and other sites, but our five night stay was actually very lovely. the room was decently clean and had a full kitchenette (including dishware, a dishwasher, coffee pot, and a full fridge and freezer) and a large desk for working space. the complimentary coffee in by the lobby area was very convenient. the staff was helpful, our keycard demagnetized twice (likely due to being in a bag next to my electronics) and they replaced it for us with no issue. overall for the price it was an excellent stay"
