"Loved the facilities and hotel. Very quiet and convenient. Our keys never worked either a card and digital key. We went multiple times to ask for keys and got replacements. On Sat. night, late, approx. 1 am, we needed new keys again and had to wait over 25 min. at the front desk for an employee. We even knowing on the office for behind the main desk. The day we left, our key didn't work and the employee had to walk me to the room as the check out had been processed at 9 am when the checkout time is noon. She did correct it and apologized. It was just frustrating to always have to get another key out digital code to open the door is the room."
