That impacted our understanding of their policy to check in at 3pm or inform them before that time resulted in not knowing we lost our room with no refund when we arrived at 11:30pm right from airport. We called the company and language barrier was an issue, make sure to be prepared."

"I would honestly tell anyone to steer clear of this hotel. The only reason I gave two stars to the staff was because the person who checked me in was friendly other than that this hotel is pretty awful. I had breakfast and I took one bite of the sausage and realized it was rotten. The sauna looked like it hadn’t been clean in years. Other than that first staff member, the other staff cared about your experience at the hotel when we brought up some concerns. I’m almost certain I got food poisoning there from the food. Do not stay here."
