"clean resort"

"The facilities are VERY clean. Only 1 elevator works & it is the farthest from the condo. The condo was in great shape except that the shower heads are full of lime buildup & the water sprays everywhere. The dishwasher, washer & dryer, & coffee maker work great & in great shape. (Necessary to take own coffee filters & laundry soap). The access to the beach is directly across the street & convenient, but the only access TO the street from the property is from the back, and ckmjng back from the beach, the showers to get sand off are by the pool, which means going through he lobby to get there. The pools are very nice & the pool furniture comfortable & in good shape. The hot tub doesn't work, but the weather was nice enough to use the non-heated pools. Since some of the individual condos have not been built inside yet, we had the place practically to ourselves, which was great for relaxing. The convenience store is very handy, but Walmart is also a 5-minute drive away. The unit had all the necessary pots, pans & utensils to cook meals (except a beer bottle opener)."

"Clean rooms, the staff was really good and helpful, there are plenty of shops and food place within walking distance, the beach is only 2 blocks away walking distance it’s a perfect spot right on Calle 13 where the nightlife is very active, there’s bars and clubs within walking distance, we were able to go to a karaoke bar that had pool tables very very fun, 10/10 experience overall."

"Pros: The property was able to let us check in early when requested when we arrived in town earlier than expected. Con: We arrived to an open gate so did not anticipate there would be issues later. After returning from dinner that night, we found ourselves locked out of the property when the provided key to unlock the front gate failed to work. Despite being responsive by phone, the property reported the key should work and had no staff on-site to help. ​My daughter and I waited outside for an hour until the property reached out to another guest to let us in. The key was replaced the next day, but being stranded at night and told the key "has been working for years" when it clearly didn't work was unacceptable. I would recommend this property have a better backup system for guests."
