This was a fantastic place to stay in Sicily: Not only did it have a pool that we used constantly during the heat wave, but it's also a few minutes' walk from the beach, has AC, and has beautiful views of the island. The courtyard and rooms of this hotel were great. The courtyard was a quiet, lush oasis away from the grittiness of Palermo. And our rooms were huge: a sitting room, bedroom, and a small balcony. The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

Very lovely property with very helpful staff. It is a bit of a walk away from town center but there is nearby shopping and restaurants. Although we were on a corner and had two streets below us, we found the room quiet at night. Air conditioning worked perfectly.
The room was clean and it was easy to enter the apt. The room had a good view to the port/sea. Only thing is that is a little bit far (10 blocks from the main tourist street and attractions.) Nevertheless , we ate close by in a good restaurant. Two blocks away a main train station to go to the airport.

Fantastic hotel across the street from the beach. The standard suite has very spacious common area and our unit (#105) had a private outdoor patio with sun loungers and a table with chairs. It was perfect. We arrived after the end of the season for the Lido but we were still able to separately rent chairs. Good restaurants nearby too. We will definitely incorporate the AR Palace into our future travel plans to Palermo.
