"The room was very well equipped. I loved the bathtub with the jets, the large shower and the double sinks. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the large pillows. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs and the robes provided in the rooms."

"Hayley at check in was super nice, our room was ready before check-in time. Hotel was beautiful in general. However, our room was very warm. We were able to open a window which helped. The breakfast was not great, sausage overcooked, powdered scrambled eggs were not good, out of coffee."

"This is a great historic hotel, just keep that in mind during your stay. Much of the rooms doorframes and other hardware is kept as genuine as possible, sometimes to minor detriment. A prime example is that the main door to our room had a gap in it through which two people could easily see each other. It's not great, but that's how the original doorway was put in. We absolutely loved our stay and the staff were amazing! All of the foibles added to the charm of staying at such a historic location for us."

"Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night."
