"Amazing place! Beautiful beach! We stayed in upper Rapallo ocean front room. The view and sound of the ocean waves is magic! You never want to leave! Great place for winter time too! Clean cozy well kept! Fast check in with room code via text message! We might come back later this week again!"

"Hotel did not have our Reservation . One was there to check us in. There was no heated pool or breakfast as advertised and paid for. Both Expedia and this Hotel are Horrible. They should not waste customers vacation time just to make a buck. It was not cheap either. "
