"Breakfast was reliable and coffee water hot tea are available all the time at desk Rooms are clean but floor became wet when you turn on air conditioning Elevator are not that good Location is very nice and can access to Restrautant fast foods and Kroger stores Beach front hotel"

"Pool was cool, check in and out was great and very helpful Room had no comfortable seating, bathroom floor grout missing and shower door leaked onto floor(why the problem with floor) House keeping not very helpful had to ask twice for towels when they were outside our room on there phones"

"Doors don’t close all the way air-conditioning units are loud if you’re on the bottom floor, you get dripped on by them. Was guaranteed a ground floor room because of handicap when I arrived, I was told I didn’t have a ground floor room don’t bother reserving a room they will give it away. "

"I was laying in the bed watching tv, when something caught my eye. It was a roach crawling on my pillow. I jumped up and tried to kill it, but it got away. I immediately called the front desk to ask for a room change, but the front desk clerk advised that they were completely book. I advised that I wasn't staying in that room and they had to do something. He asked if I'd like someone to come to the room to try to get rid of it. I said yes. The guy came and at first we couldn't find the roach. Eventually, we found it and he disposed of it. I had a restless night because I didn't know if more roaches was in the room. Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel again."
