"I was able to check in early and the lovely Spanish receptionist was lovely. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The breakfast was very nice and the rooftop bar provided lovely reviews. The room was perfect. Very comfortable. There is a tram stop at the other side of the square that opens the transport links to the whole city. "

I also tried to contact them via chat in hotels.com and didn’t get a response until the next day, after we had already checked out"
