"I was surprised how good this hotel was for the price and location. "

"The pools and walking paths were beautiful and fun. The property layout was not remotely family-friendly, especially for small kids. Absurdly spread out with many confusing narrow halls. It was literally a 15 minute walk from our room to the pool. The rooms were beautiful, but we never saw a single hotel staff member after we checked in. No housekeeping service. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. "

"The room wasn’t super clean. Some of the staff was nice while others seemed disconnected. No one let us know the water park wasn’t open. And half the hotel was under active construction. I got a flat on the property and was told no one was willing to help me with my issue and figure it out. On top of that, house keeping never showed up the whole week. I was told that they come once every 5 days. Needless to say I was taking my own trash out daily and asking for fresh towels for my family of 5. The pull out couch was gross and appeared not even looked over during cleaning. Can’t say I’ll be returning unfortunately. "

"Bathroom was not cleaned as I found someone else's hair on the floor. Also, the line to get checked in for the main pool was absurd. They need to come out with a better system to track who enters the main pool. "

"Yes, the facilities were good. I really enjoyed the check in representative Cavan going above and beyond and making a possibly upsetting situation into something praise worthy. I checked in late and the room I originally booked was unavailable and he spoke with his supervisor and got me into a premium suite at no extra charge for the inconvenience. Overall my experience was good. "
