"Our room was not good .fumes kept coming into our room From the room next to us that was the machine from the Elevator that kept running all day every time the elevator was being used. the smell was bad i ended with a sore throat .the resort didnt act quick and made us wait for hours before we got another room"

"We were told the pool was open until 9 and kids were so excited to try out the pool and after they put their feet in the water for a mihute, we were told the pool was closed and were given wrong information. The kicker was there were no clean pool towels and the worker said they ran out at 4pm (5 hours earlier). So we had upset and cold kids."

"I took my family for there first trip and we really enjoyed it room was clean sadly the fan in the bathroom wasn't working but over all it was a very fun experience."

"Very clean. I would stay here again. The reason for 4 stars is there is a very strong perfume smell in the building and no laundry facility’s. Very comfortable beds. "
