"Holiday Express is very wonderful hotel especially the front desk assicate is so wonderful and helpful! Entry place has luggage cart that is very helpful! Hotel front desk also help us reserve the taxis and give up wake up call... Very happy with the staying and we will come back again! Drs. Shawn Hallis"

"The hotel felt more like a 3-star property than a 4-star. On arrival, check-in was quick and efficient, which was a positive start. However, the room fell well below expectations. The bedroom floor was dirty and covered in hair, and the bathroom was in a poor state, with grime around the bath and stained walls. There were also numerous silverfish in the bedroom, which was completely unacceptable. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or any facilities for making tea or coffee, which was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard. On the second day, I had to queue for over 30 minutes just to get a key card that wasn’t working. During my four-day stay, there appeared to be only one staff member at reception, which significantly impacted the level of customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel."

"El personal 10/10 La habitación 8/10: el A/C no estaba funcionando correctamente, la limpieza del cuarto no fue la más óptima. Desayuno 10/10 Ubicación: No es lo más cercano a Barcelona pero lo vale! Está muy cerca del metro y hay mucho transporte público, nosotros rentamos vehículo y cuentan con estacionamiento techado y seguro."

"This place was awesome. My wife and I had a last minute flight change and booked this hotel before boarding on an international flight from the US to Barcelona. We got to the hotel a few hours before check in but the staff was very accommodating and were able to get us into our hotel room rather quickly as we ate breakfast. Front of staff, the breakfast people, everyone was so hospitable. 10/10 as far as experience. Our only issue was that it’s a bit removed from the downtown area (where all the fun is at) so it was a bit of a hassle at times to get around."
