We could not figure out where the odor was coming from the desk attendant came and smelled it too. He had nowhere else for us to stay so we had to keep the room as it was. "Amazing hotel, one of the nicest hotel I ever stayed. The standard room is huge, we had so many luggages, I thought we would need to upgrade for something bigger but nope, plenty of room. The beach is quieter comparing to other hotels, it’s a family friendly hotel, kids have movie nights at the pool, adults had live music in the evening by the fireplace. We had an amazing family holiday and can’t wait to come back next year! "

"My toddler and I had a great stay at the Chart House Hotel. The pool and outdoor area was really nice and well-maintained, and the entire property was very clean. The staff stood out as especially friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and Pier 60 and a 30 minute drive to Tampa International Airport, which made travel easy. The only downside was the on-site restaurant, which wasn’t great. That said, it wasn’t a big issue since there are plenty of good dining options nearby within a short distance. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again for the cleanliness, location, and excellent service."
