"App falsely advertised the room. Was very disappointed to find no breakfast and the room being NOTHING Close to the room i was booked into. The hotel staff did everything they could to make it right for the second night. They moved me to a room that closer matched the photos. I was very disappointed with the booking app. Will juat book through the hotel website in the future. "

"Great coffee nice extra touches for breakfast organic honey organic milk etc room and bed were comfortable staff was friendly and helpful laundry room equipment worked! Would definitely recommend"

"Poorly laid out small window to view water Small couch did not face window/water, but the wall Small cramped bathroom It took 45 minutes to get TV working. Small rack on wall to hang clothes no closet. Very over rated by Expedia!"

"The bathroom floor was covered in long black hair and very dirty. The handle to the room door fell off and we had to wait a long time for someone to fix it in the meantime time the door had to be left open which made the room cold and feeling un safe with homeless people hanging out by the soda machine outside the door. Was woken up at 5:30 with screaming and fighting just outside the room."
