"I really love this place but this particular time the last night we were there. None of the fire pits were lit. We figured out how to light it ourselves after about 10 minutes and then had to help two other people. I just feel like for the price of this hotel, I shouldn’t have to do this."

"Complimentary breakfast was advertised. However the hotel had a sign out that there were not enough guests to prepare breakfast. There were plenty of cars in the parking lot and seemed to be quite a number of guests. I specifically booked a hotel that offered breakfast. Also, a pair of underwear was left sticking out beneath the bed when we got to our room. Although it wasn’t the employee’s fault, the key system did not work and each time we wanted in our room, pool, etc. we had to ask the desk manager to walk us to our room and use the master key."
