"It's a reasonably priced hotel, and my expectations were not high. Broadly the hotel met my expectations, I got a decent sleep, staff were friendly, right in Coventry centre, the lifts worked. But it's tired, and clearly needs a big investment to bring it up to today's standards. If you just need somewhere to sleep for a night, it's fine, but if you want a great all around "vibe", it's not the place to go for."

"The hotel was central and in a good location. It was clean and provided good food. The staff was terrific, especially Jack! He couldn’t have been more kind, efficient and helpful. He made our 2 night stay the best. Thanks Jack!!"
