"Clean and tidy, good location, nice breakfast, will stay again"

"It's a reasonably priced hotel, and my expectations were not high. Broadly the hotel met my expectations, I got a decent sleep, staff were friendly, right in Coventry centre, the lifts worked. But it's tired, and clearly needs a big investment to bring it up to today's standards. If you just need somewhere to sleep for a night, it's fine, but if you want a great all around "vibe", it's not the place to go for."

"All Staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and professional. They instill a 5* service feel. Facilities at the spa were great, nice and quiet (went in a Monday!) room was lovely, perfectly good sized for a standard room. duck feather pillows and a very firm bed. The room was well equipped. The walls could do with a freshen up in the rooms of paint but other than that -I wondered why the hotel didn’t have 5*! Would definitely return. "
