"Check in was pleasant and efficient. All pertinent info was shared. Room was on an upper floor with view of downtown Chicago. Room was clean, bed was wonderful, and view was great. "

"Wasnt the cleanest i did find a ring that men use under the mattress and it was pretty dirty but i contacted housekeeping and they took care of the issue roght away. The staff was great! The polish woman who is at the front desk was super sweet and helpfull and full of good information about the area and travel i also really liked the shuttle service and the driver was polite and helpful aswell."

"Got there at 8:30 at night after he canceled flight at O’Hare had nothing but carry-on baggage with us. The front desk was carrying enough to offer us disposable toothbrushes toothpaste, even shampoo and hair gel. They offered deodorant, but we had some this is a first class management organization."
