"Good room given the price I paid and the location. A good 10-15 minute walk to old nice, shops near by and places to eat. The room was quite spacious and clean with a clean bathroom. No amenities but that was expected given the price."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Cannes. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, which made everything very convenient. My room was small, but very comfortable and impeccably clean. I also appreciated the 24-hour service. What made the stay especially enjoyable was the staff, who were consistently warm, kind, helpful and professional. I would happily stay here again and plan to return."

"The location was perfect! Two blocks from the station and the beach and easy walk to old town. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming (we even got early check in). Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. But the room and hotel in general were a bit rundown and in need of some repairs and updating. Eg the window to our room wouldn’t close properly and we could not adjust the AC. But I would probably stay here again because for me the positives outweighed those few negatives. "
