"best hotel I’ve stayed at, very accommodating as well. Everything is accessible and it is so beautiful. Especially the spa ! Views from my room were great and I loved that staff give you recommendations on attractions / restaurants around town. 10/10 , would go again !"

"There is not one thing I can think of to complain about! From the ease of check in, to the cleanliness of the room , to the great bar and restaurant on premise. And the location! Everything we wanted to do was within a 10 minute walk. Definitely would recommend. "

"There was not a breakfast menu. The room was nasty, my queen bed had a king fitted sheet. After the sevens day housekeeping did not change it just tucked it under. It looked like they had been tucked up like that for awhile. The blow dryer plug was broke, I had asked the front desk if that could be replaced. It wasn’t I had to call the front desk when i got back to the room. When we arrived we felt like more of an inconvenience and not paying guests. They did not mention there was a restaurant, or the hours of the lounge. There was not any welcome brochures to let us know what was in the area"

"We stood in a room with a king size bed and view of Boston Harbor. The room was close to perfect except for the ac, which only goes down to 65 degrees and a mini refrigerator that you would have had to “rent/pay for”. When you are paying over $400-$450 for a room for two nights, they could/should have, at least, accommodated us with the mini fridge for no charge! It was clean and staff was friendly. "

"Room cleanliness was questionable. Quality of the room very poor basic would be better but this was just far from what I would expect. Looks like hey focus more on quantity than quality. Good location."
