"The property is in a perfect location in a very fun area of Portland. Proper downtown is less than a mile away, public transit options are NUMEROUS (and well organized due to the city's focus), Trader Joe's and Fred Meyer's are walkable, and the nightlife options are incredible. The hosts for the shared living space are incredibly friendly and prompt on their communication. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I had more business in the city."

"I have been through hell the past few days. I left early . I live in town but had no a c. All i wanted was a minimal place to chill. Credit to expedia for doing something they rarely do...refunding me themselves after calling the staff who are truly nasty people. Expedia apparently agreed and is currently looking into their future on expedia. This place should be shut down. "Everything was ok We got a good rate on the two rooms so ok The room was nice but not really nice so ok The bed honestly was better than ok The window was nice but dirt so ok They charge a $30 fee per night but give a $15 restaurant credit so ok They have coffee in the beautiful lounge but it is really sour so ok The check in and check out was slow but ok Really a nice building but it isn’t as nice as it could be. "This condotel is great for travelers who want to be in the middle of northwest Portland and have a full kitchen with their accommodations. Lots of space with very adequate amenities. Some might get a little confused that the check in is at the Mark Spencer Hotel that's around the corner, so let that be noted. The unit is not luxurious but very comfortable."
