"The staff were not friendly. We paid for breakfast and it was not even offered. The room was never cleaned or towels changed. We paid for a hotel room, and what we got was an air b and b. The light bulbs were all out except for two. When we arrived the front desk attendant ignored us and took other incoming guests ahead of us. Do not waste your time or money on this place, there are others that are far better quality."

"Comfortable property. It's important to understand the physical fitness required to stay inside the walled city of Dubrovnik. Climbing 100s of stairs on uneven surface without a handrail is required. Otherwise this is a tremendously fun way to visit Dubrovnik. We did have some rental communication difficulty resulting from a change in check in procedure while flying that did not reach us. "

But I could leave my bag behind the always open, front door? It is also stated as having breakfast available, which there wasn’t. Not a problem as many good places near by, but shouldn’t be mentioned if not available."
