"Stayed with my family in a 2 bedroom unit. The configuration was great, plenty of room, super clean and modern. Air conditioning units in each room worked well and we also loved our balcony. We had some power issues in our unit, and staff moved us to another so they could take care of it. Can’t say enough good things about the helpful and friendly staff! The tenth floor deck was very nice, and good to hang out while doing (free) laundry. "

"Great place for our family of five. Two king beds and a pull out sofa (our youngest took the sofa). Daniel the portero was friendly and efficient. When a hairdryer broke he replaced it, when we had to leave super early in the morning he was right there to check us out. When I had any questions he was quick to respond to my text. "We arrived late and the security guard helped us enter the hotel and check in quickly which was appreciated so late at night. Additionally the cleaning staff was very helpful when we had a question. The water got hot quickly which was nice and the room had everything we needed!! Great location, near everything!!"
