"It was an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The view from the room was stunning, the rooms were very clean, and the toiletries, including the shampoo and shower gel, were lovely. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, with truly breathtaking views. They also surprised me for my birthday with a complimentary cake with a candle and a bottle of champagne. I was delighted and genuinely touched by such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you for making my birthday so unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Old hotel awful customer service and would not stay again choice of food was poor and when complained couldn’t care less would not recommend this hotel to people with children. Cleaners were dreadful rooms were left without changing bedding or having been cleaned. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star no where near a 5 star."

"The hotel was overall very clean, which was a positive aspect of the stay. However, there were several issues that affected the experience. The breakfast selection was very limited and could benefit from more variety. In the bathroom, there were a few maintenance problems. The shower head was broken, the toilet paper holder was damaged, and the toilet seat did not function properly—the lid kept falling down while in use, which was quite inconvenient. While cleanliness was good, the hotel would greatly improve with better maintenance and a more satisfying breakfast offering.would i come here again? No"

"Love this hotel and it's staff. Very well maintained property with two pools a gym and spa services. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. Two bars at the hotel with various activities from DJ nights, piano to bingo and trivia. Taxi stand is outside of the hotel. Good restaurant, pharmacy, ATM machine and three markets in walking distance. Has buety salon and game room. The view from the outside pool and dinner is wonderful. Indoor pool is kept at 27 degrees year round. The massage at this hotel is done via Indonesian ladies that are highly qualified. This was the highlight of my stay in Turkiye."

"We took the seaview room and it was perfect. Every body was so nice, good food for breakfast or dinner. We also love the view on the terrasse restaurant on the roof. The tramway is right beside the hotel, so easy access to the old town or the beach. "
