"The Villa Casato is a fantastic place to stay in Campos do Jordão. The staff are very friendly. The food is extraordinary. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The bathroom floors are heated so that you never step into a frigid bathroom in this beautiful mountain retreat. We can not recommend this wonderful hotel more highly. It was worth every penny."

"Staff is ultra-friendly. The area surrounding the main building is beautiful. They have a heated swimming pool, a lake with Koi fish, firepit, etc. All consumable items offered in the bedroom (chocolates, sodas, water, snacks) are included in the room fare, so it is all yours. They offer complimentary breakfast (that is excellent, by the way), and a five o'clock tea with all items you can think of. Finally, to make the stay even more pleasant, upon checking out, they gave me a bag with water...
