"I stayed at the super 8 Wyndham on Melody Drive Westminster for business from April 24th until May 9th 2026. Wyndham properties are usually pretty good with continental breakfast customer service going the extra mile that's what they're known for however if you want the complete opposite this is where you should stay. Their breakfast consist of light yogurt strawberry or peach a Twinkie/honey bun in the wrapper or raisin Bran everyday yes coffee is supplied. I never had the correct amount of towels and when I had to ask for them I would always receive pushback and not given the correct amount. There's lots of homeless and or riff Raff around the property which can be a little frightening late at night. The manager Muhammad and the night manager Kris need to learn how to communicate effectively without speaking at someone I noticed they would make accusations that were not true in order to keep their security deposit they attempted that with me and said I was smoking in my room and I'm an oncology therapist and don't touch cigarettes or anything of the sort I had to be a bit confrontational for them to finally leave me alone about it. Everything seems to be a chore for them and they don't seem happy to be there my room the entire time I was there my sheets were never changed my linens never taken or my garbage I was responsible to take them garbage out myself ask for fresh linens and make my own bed and thankfully I'm clean and made it through without having to ask for a vacuu"

"Origin Hotel Westminster is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained."

"The hotel was close to the family we were visiting and affordable. However, it is extremely dated and looks nothing like the pictures. All rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking. The first room we had definitely was smoked in, appliances were old, curtains were falling off. We were given a different room which was better. The only thing that was hot for breakfast was the coffee and make your own waffles. There were bagels that you could toast and cold cereal."

"Great staff, comfortable beds, and a perfect central location. On the downside, the window faced a common walkway, forcing us to keep the blinds closed for privacy. This made the room feel a bit dark and closed-in. Additionally, the AC was quite noisy. Traffic was also a bit noisy, which prevented us from opening a window."

"The rooms were clean, Jessica was awesome at the bar, the breakfast buffet was great. Parking for an additional 25 a day kinda stunk but cheaper than moving around car. Hotel should pay for that not customers. Being located on Pearl street is not true. Its on pearl Parkway and is a 20- 30 min walk depending on how fast you walk. So a little misleading there..indoor pool was nice."
