"The hotel rooms are not clean , the first room I got had a broken door in the bathroom, the toilet covers are all spoilt, even after shifting the room the same problem, a bad odor stays , and most horrible was the breakfast, although it was complimentary I had to ask multiple times to get breakfast. "Room was nice and the staff was great. However, there were a few issues. The bedsheet was dirty after the check in. We really wanted to lie down in the afternoon, but had to wait for the change of sheet which took 10-15 min. When we returned to the room after dinner, we spotted a rat near the ceiling.
