"The property is a very cute B&B, with very friendly staff. It is physically limited though as no ground floor rooms and no lift. We are a couple in our 70's and had to go up and down the stairs quite a few times. At least the receptionists took care of our luggage for us, including the girl. Breakfast is a bit quirky, as you have to order the night before, inidcating the time. TRhis takes away a bit of flexibility. Also e hotel is not easy to find as the signage on the road is not very clear....

"Beautiful hotel within walking distance from the beach. Hotel has many amenities like swimming pool, kid’s playground, walking trails. Very close to old town of Peniche with many bars and restaurants."

"We stayed for a total of six days exploring the local towns and found this was an excellent starting base. Lots of room in the villas. Quiet and convenient. Being situated in the country made it a great escape at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again."

For such a beautiful part of Portugal there was a disappointing view out of the apartment - looking at other buildings and being overlooked by them. Certainly not the stunning ocean view shown in all their marketing material. Also disappointing not to be able to control the heating given the cold wet weather in mid March - it did feel a bit cold in the apartment at times. "
