"Easy contactless check in. Room was a bit small for 3 people but the in room laundry was a bonus. Each guest received pajamas and there were plenty of towels for the entire stay. Hotel is near the train tracks, so you might be hearing the trains go by during your stay but it wasn’t too bad. Just a few blocks from 7/11 and about a 3min walk from the nearest train station. "

"Second time booking at Knot. First was during Tokyo Marathon. I will book again when I visit Tokyo. It may be a bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station but the place is not chaotic which I prefer. The restaurant at the second floor is very good too aside from the bread they sell at the lobby. "

Location - Nice to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but close enough to be able to walk there in about 15 min."

"Clean room, very cozy space, but was perfect for our short stay. The location was incredibly convenient and the breakfast in the morning was so nice. We went to the Japanese style buffet. It was a lovely experience. We really enjoyed it, especially because the airport limo (charter bus) takes you right up to the front door. Super helpful for my parent who has accessibility needs. There were also great amenities in the hotel lobby and umbrellas available on rainy days. Would certainly consider...

"Shinjuku is lively and hotel groove sits right in the middle of it all. It’s right across the street from the seibu Shinjuku private line trains and a 10min walk to Shinjuku Station. Hotel was very modern, clean, and the city views from the room were breathtaking."
