"Lovely short stay at Crowne Plaza Melbourne for my partner and I over the NewYears Eve/ Day celebrations. We experienced ample friendly and helpful staff during our stay, which was a pleasant surprise, as most places are running understaffed. Excellent and efficient check in and out process. Lovely breakfast with good variety of food. Again plenty of staff to assist and clear tables. Location was great, convenient to NYE celebrations along the river and Melbourne CBD for shopping. "We had a junior suite which was exactly as shown , very clean with everything you could want . Even had a pod coffee machine which was for us a great addition.
