"Called landline for check in as property was unmanned. Was told to wait for a call back... so polite! Text message told me to enter room 3 and found Homeless man was in the bed.... told to go to other room, power point short circuited my phone charger. Owner arrived 1 hour later kicking out squatters from other rooms threatening to kill them if they come back. Crack heads next door kept me awake until 5am. Worst $135 ever spent, Bus shelter is a better option! "

"Laurie the owner was lovely. I phoned ahead to advise we were running late & it wasn’t a problem. On arrival we chatted with Laurie for about 1/2 hr - great communication and quite a lot in common with us. Lots of plans to change how the venue and how it is used. On approach the accommodation looks in need of tlc but it’s happening. Our room was very comfortable and had all we needed for a nights stay."

"Great stay and convenient location to go to a function at Deoro By the Bay. Walking distance into Hastings and around the marina area. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom, had everything that we needed. "

"For us this was perfect! We were travelling with a furry friend and there’s even a little doggie enclosure provided! Also, cups, bowls, plates and all cutlery provided meant we could eat in, there’s plenty of cost effective food options close by. The bed was super comfy too. Hope to visit again!"

There are cafes, restaurants and a great variety of shopping options nearby The train is super close and runs to Flinders St station so it’s easy to get to Melbourne CBD. "Very spacious, great floor plan. Spa Room with Balcony. Clean and tidy. The onsite Indian Restaurant is fantastic. Close to Costco and factory outlets. Very happy for the price. Will be back. "
