"The room was fine, the bathroom floor and walls were a little dirty. The main problem is that there is significant construction happening in every section of the hotel, rooms, lobby, even the floors where rooms are. Loud construction (that could be heard from the room) was happening from 8AM-5PM. The lobby is completely uninhabitable, and construction is blocking the door from the parking garage, so you must walk all the way from the parking garage around to the front of the building. I understand that construction happens, but it would’ve been nice to be made aware of it at the time of booking, and a discounted rate seems applicable. At the very least include free parking ($30 a night), or free breakfast ($11 per person) for the inconvenience and noise. Staff was all helpful and friendly. "

"The hotel was very nice. We didn’t use any amenities. The staff was very kind and helpful. The parking was HORRIBLE. The valet, parking garage, self parking, it is all not good. I know it is not the hotel staff’s fault, but the design, the layout, the way it’s done, is horrible. It is packed. The parking garage is filthy. It’s gross, trash, spilled drinks, bodily functions, etc. The hotel itself is pretty and clean The people were really nice. The rooms are clean, but the parking is a nightmare."

They are quick to pick up any trash guests leave outside their doors and handle any spills or food accidents right away. Their dedication shows in every corner of the hotel. This team works beautifully under the supervision of Pamela, who is always smiling and ensures every detail is taken care of. She coordinates closely with the front desk staff — Reggie and Adrian — who maintain open communication so everything gets done promptly and smoothly. I’m truly grateful for the cleaning team’s effort and at Kompose Hotel, it’s clear that it’s a top priority. Their hard work makes the stay comfortable, pleasant, and worry‑free."
