We reserved two one-bedroom suites for eight nights. Spacious, quiet, tastefully furnished annd adequately accommodating. The best part is the friendly, pleasant and helpful staff from Front desk to housekeeping. No restrictions on visitors is a definite added plus.

At first i was a little surprised as i was expecting more from this hotel. However, I very much enjoyed my stay there. The staff is outstanding. They are quick to deliver anything i asked for. Never gave me obstacles to any request. And handled everything perfectly. The rooms were simple and modern and very clean. Clean hotel, comfort room. Location is great with easy access to most of Beirut attractions. Staff are helpful and professional, always smiling and offering the support.

We have traveled a lot and I will say that the beds in this hotel were the most comfortable in the WORLD! The staff was very helpful and made us feel very safe. They were friendly and at our service whenever we needed them!

Lost was anything but Lost. The service from the front desk, porter, restaurant was fantastic! Beautifully designed rooms! A perfect spot for wandering the cafes and shops of Gemmayzeh. Loved it. Would definitely return.
