What I liked less was that the rooms feel a bit old and outdated. Also, everything at the hotel is very, very expensive — even the bottle of water in the room is pricey. Nothing is complimentary or included. Thank you."

"We didn't have breakfast as we had an early start the following day. I highly recommend this hotel for the lovely and welcoming reception staff and the huge rooms! We had a big bedroom, a hall, a bathroom, a large balcony and a separate lounge/diner/kitchen. The hotel was also in a good location to explore Ponta Delgada on foot."
