The location is excellent , close enough to walk or take a short ride to Porto’s main attractions, yet in a calm and pleasant area that feels authentic and safe. There are cafés, bakeries, and restaurants just around the corner, making it easy to enjoy local flavours at any time of day. The property was spotless, bright, and modern, with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful décor. My room was cozy yet well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Everything was kept perfectly clean, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The staff were fantastic friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or assistance. They made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free, and their genuine hospitality really enhanced my experience. "The main reason for booking was that we had a very late arriving flight and this hotel was minutes walk from the metro and had a 24 hour reception. Receptionist was very welcoming even at 1am. Quiet hotel and room comfortable and clean. Big fluffy towels and plenty of hot water. Room is basic. We would of appreciated proper coffee cups in the room and a soap dish. There was only small lamps in the room so it felt very dark when the curtains were shut. The tap water was never cold so a fridge would have been nice to chill water. Would not hesitate to recommend to others."
