"This property really was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and took time to show us the property upon check-in. Breakfast was truly amazing, likely the best I've seen. Location was excellent with lots to see and many great places to eat very near. There is no on-site parking, but there is a huge free lot within a 4-min walk. You need to check this out."

" This was our second stay at Hotel de Moura. It is a throwback to a more elegant era. The floors, ceilings and walls exhibit craftmanship that would be difficult to reproduce today. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It has convenient parking and is an easy 6 minute walk from the historic center and castle. The only downside is the lack of an elevator. The receptionist offered to carry our bags to our room. We are seniors and carried our bags up as we were travelling light. We will definitely stay there again."

"The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious, and included a wide variety of fruits, granola, sweets, breads and hot food. We appreciated that the hotel was close to the city wall and easy walking distance to the bus station."
