"Lovely clean spacious room with all the facilities we required. We did use the pool while at the hotel and thought it was excellent with plenty of sun loungers. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was tasty and plenty of choice. We didn’t have an evening meal so can’t comment on main meals. Overall excellent value hotel and I would have no hesitation in booking again if I’m ever in Chaves."

The entire property was exceptionally clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining everything to a very high standard. What truly stood out was the hospitality. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. We arrived late and the Resturant was already closing but they still allowed us to sit and happily served us what they still had available. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. We would gladly return again."
