Hotels in Malate

"No one was in front desk except a big roach greeted us. Air condition was not working and we were asked if the electric fan was enough. We said no so we got moved to another room and it was the same condition. I was told that they were accessible 24 hours. I’ve called several times and no one picked up the phone nor called me back except at check out time was the only time they returned the call. I would not recommend adding this to Expedia website. It was HORRIBLE!! "

"At check-in the receptionist requestedmy wife's identification card, bathroom supplies were absent (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper) and no slippers were supplied as usual. There were very strict rules about visitors and the security deposit was unusually high for one night (3000)!"

"Location was good. Within walking distance of main Ermita area but not too close. Traffic in street relatively low for Manila. Bad point is poor foyer area with bad seating for those waiting for/after checking in/out. And the online TV services did not work."
