The problem we have mainly was we left three pool cards on the counter in the room while we left to the jungle for some exploring upon our return the room was made up for the next night, but the three pool cards were missing. After confronting the desk with the issue, the front desk says there’s nothing they can do, and it was 800 pesos per replacement card

"We stayed in a Junior Suite and initially had a good experience. The resort was very clean, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping team was kind, and the on-site medic was professional and supportive when we needed assistance.
Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a serious maintenance issue. During the night, the air-conditioning unit leaked water onto the floor near the bathroom entrance. The leak went unnoticed while we were asleep, and in the morning my fiancée slipped on the water when walking to the restroom. She fell and injured her back.
The staff responded professionally, and the hotel kindly extended our checkout from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. While we appreciated their assistance, we still had to catch a ferry to Cebu and then continue to the airport for our flight back to Australia. The incident caused significant stress, disrupted our travel plans, and my fiancée was in considerable pain throughout the journey.
While I acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the staff who assisted us, a preventable maintenance issue resulted in an injury and had a major impact on the final day of our trip. Because of that, I cannot rate the stay positively despite the otherwise good aspects of the property."

"I had a very pleasant stay at LIME Resort Bohol. The accommodations were great, the pools were wonderful, and the location was ideal. It is far enough from the crowded main beach to feel peaceful, which made the atmosphere genuinely relaxing. The shuttle from the airport was very useful, and the staff were consistently friendly.
The food at the resort was not memorable, so we hired a tuktuk driver for 600 pesos round trip to take us to the restaurants we wanted. Angry Crab was excellent, but make sure you bring cash or have GCash. We also enjoyed a WOnDERLAND Thai restaurant. This made the dining part of the trip much better.
I did run out of hot water in my room a few times, but it did not overshadow the overall experience. I feel this property is committed to improving, and it already stands out as a place I would return to on my next trip to the island."
"Great location. Beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff. We organised all the tour at the hotel. we ate at hotel restaurant. it was amazing food. Breakfast was great too. So easy from the airport."
