Parking was near the room, pool was cold for my own taste but that would depend on the time of the year you go, I went in January so it was to be expected.
Traveling near the zocalo was very easy.
There is no shops near by since the hotel is on a hillside so get your stuff before you get there. Overall I love the hotel and I would stay there again. "

"We had a great stay at Hotel Santa Fe over this past Christmas and NYE! The room was large and the bed comfy. We are at the restaurant daily for breakfast and many nights for dinner. The food was great and the view wonderful. The restaurant prices were very similar to most places in town. The staff was great but sometimes it would get so busy the service was slow. We loved the pool area. Would definitely come back. "
