Zócalo de Puebla is worth passing through for a few pics when in Puebla Historic Center. You could also start your cultural experience by heading over to the museums in the area.
"While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, overall the level of hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations. Many employees did not appear welcoming or attentive toward guests.
Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. Due to this experience, on the final day of our stay we chose to dine outside of the hotel.

"Rooms Are Super Clean, the Hotel itself looks Brand New unless it was recently renovated. The Location is perfect its a Very Safe Area and about 20mins-40mins from el Centro (Zocalo) Puebla. Depends on the time of your commute…
You have many restaurants to choose from nearby. Its a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend this Location. I will return to this place again if Im in the area. Also Family Friendly Location. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Thank you Tru Hilton for an exceptional First Experience.

"We didn’t pay for the breakfast buffet but the coffee shop in the lobby was fine. No breakfast options. Just pastries and sandwiches.
The room could use a refresh. Very out dated. Lots of mold around the room. Was there for a business trip so didn’t spend alot of time in the room but it was still there.
The parking lot was excellent and very convent. It was why we stayed there. Not a bad spot just needs some updates. "
