"Great stay but yet again there were no plug sockets near the bed so couldn’t plug phone on to charge or set alarm clock.
This is such a regular nuisance in so many hotels yet it’s a basic requirement.

"Great location, parking, a number of excellent ev chargers, bus stop nearby into Swansea main bus station were it is possible to get connections to the Gower and Mumbles. Fantastic amenities in hotel for all members of families. Good pub food and bar. Very large comfy beds!"
"I loved this hotel and found it beautiful and clean. Extremely safe to stay on my own and ideal location for shopping and the stadium. Brilliant choice for breakfast which could be hotter though. All staff were really lovely and polite."
"I can’t fault it really! It was all great, the only slight thing was my mattress was a little sunken in but this automatically got flipped without me mentioning it and then all was good again. I would appreciate a fan in the rooms if air con is not installed this could be an issue in the summer at the hottest days. Luckily we took a small pocket sized fan with us. Everything else was great, room and shower great, food great, staff friendly."
