"This is a lovely hotel with great views of the beach. We sat looking out of our window watching the surfers.

"Not what you’d expect of a five-star hotel chain: lumpy mattresses, cheap sheets that didn’t fit the bed, no kettle in room so hot water from coffee machine tasted odd, two tiny bottles of water in fridge, fan that didn't work overnight only in morning. However, room was clean and staff were nice when they were responsive."
