Ramada Encore By Wyndham Palmerston North
8/10 Good
"Lots of shops near by including Woolworths just around the corner. Priya was very nice when we checked in. Wasn’t as good as other Wyndhams we had stayed in and needed coat hangers"
"The Young son of the proprietor was fantastic, couldn’t be any more helpful. Although it was right in downtown Palmerston, easy walking distance to the Square, it was Quiet, and the bed was fantastic and it was Clean. There were enough blankets to suit even me. I will be staying there every time I go to Palmerston North thanks All"
"The Copthorne is a central and easy place to stay in Palm North . Updated exterior is contemporary and more appealing . Great that rooms now have heatpump/ AC. Reception staff always helpful and ensure a smooth check in/ out."
"The room was clean and adequate for a night’s sleep after a long day of hiking.
However, we were very dissatisfied and disappointed that the spa pools closed at 8 pm and only reopened at 10 am. We arrived around that time, and we specifically booked this place because of its amenities. The restaurant also closed at 8 pm, and breakfast was only available until 9:30 am. This meant we were unable to use the hot pools during our stay, and we could not have breakfast there either.
I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay there again. Considering it was a Saturday night, I expected longer opening hours."
