"Terrible experience. I arrived at 2am to find the establishment had overbooked and so did have a room for me. The night manager didn't seem to know that - just that she had instructions to send me to a small motel a block away, with incomprehensible directions to find a lock box in the dark where I would find a key. Whe I complained in the morning, the response was that it was better than not having a bed - as it they had done me a favour!
The manager then asked me what I expected her to do about it - so I left.
I would not recommend taking a risk on booking here!"
"Any poor reviews are not worth reading! This was a great hotel! Clean, comfy, perfectly located and the staff are great! I’d also recommend the restaurant, especially the surf and turf platter! WOW! Would stay here again for sure!"
"Please pay attention to the food and beverage credit from skipping daily housekeeping. It can only be used in the restaurant. I don't mind the credit after all. But It wasted my time trying to use it for drinks by the front desk, for which I was told by two staff members that I can use the credit. When I went for the drink, the third staff member refused to let me use the credit by showing me the smallest fine prints.
I have nothing against the third staff member. Just hope the management would make it more clear to the customer and make it easier for the staff member."
