"New hotel in the tallest building of the city. Staff was generally helpful but could improve. Room was spacious and clean. The biggest downside and therefore the relative negative review was because there was terrible sewage smell in my room. Also there are a lot of people come and dining at the tallest buffet restaurant, making the already small lobby on the 80+ floor very crowded and loud. Overall very affordable for a Conrad but is slightly below the average Conrad standard. "

"I arrived late new years eve and needed to eat. Since the buffet was the only option, my partner and I ate there. The food was extremely disappointing and not fresh looking at all. We barely eat a couple of plates. I was shocked to see a 856 yuan charge for this. I have eaten in many 5 star buffets all around the world and in China. This was by far the most disappointing. Also, I was unable to take a bath bc the tub would not plug up properly. I asked the staff to fix it but it was not fixed. Overall, the poor dining experience and the bathtub issue lead to a disappointing stay."
"A very comfortable stay with attentive service (including robot delivery). The Galleria shopping centre is connected to the hotel via level 5 so theres no needs to go out into the cold to get into the shopping centre! Room is spacious and clean with good amenities. Easy access to the east port of Dalian. Would stay here again!"
