"We really enjoyed this hotel. First class atmosphere and rooms with a fantastic breakfast and an incredibly helpful staff. We took advantage of the cable car access provided by the hotel and the hotel bikes. This place is a gem and we would definitely stay here again if we travel to Bolzano."
"Hotel generally very good but a few things would have improved our experience. Parking was very difficult on site. Our room had only paper cups to make hot drinks, only powdered milk and small tumblers for drinks. No shower gel so used our own
Breakfast was really good, selection of fruit, yogurts, breads, cakes, cheese and eggs. Seemed to be lots to do for families. Had a 6 month old with us and it was a bit tricky to get bottles washed and sterilised. All in all a lovely experience"
