Centre-Loire Valley Hotels

"Excellent hotel, better than expected for the price, especially as there was a kitchenette in the room. Spacious room and decor of the whole hotel was very attractive. The breakfast was excellent, the best breakfast by far of all the hotels we stayed in on this holiday. We had to pay 9 Euros for parking, but it was secure garage parking under the hotel reception and we booked it in advance, and were glad to have a secure place for the car. However, arrival was tricky because there seemed to be nowhere to pull up short-term in order to be able to go into reception and check in. The hotel should give instructions as to where one can stop to do this, especially as the roads around are busy, and it is not easy to get back to the hotel once you have driven past. The hotel was on the city ring road, and very convenient for the city centre, being just ten minutes walk from the cathedral, so we had no need to use the car while staying there."

"Room was clean and comfortable parking was easy - too far to walk and no easy public transport into Bourges centre however walkable restaurants and fantastic boulangerie nearby."

"Beautiful hotel, nice large room and bathroom, good breakfast, evening meal not so good, would not eat there again, asked for our steak medium and it was rare and a little tough, waiting staff very good and attentive, had to pay 150 euros on arrival as a deposit otherwise they would not have given us the room, 2 days after leaving I am still waiting for it back!! "

"The hotel was right across from the Tram. 5 minute walk into town. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel."
