"I travelling to Vizag for past 10year and most of time I stay in Novotel
But this trip I found the property require upgrades
Most of furniture is already fade in colour I book king bed and staff give me twin bed
My previous trips staff more welcoming now I feel he not care whether you stay or not in the same booking I book room for my colleague also but staff give him smoking room even we always book non smoking room he can’t take smoke smell whole night he can’t sleep and next day request to change room I don’t know why he doing this mistake when you travel from overseas and reach hotel by 11.30pm you already exhausted and don’t want to change the room and staff responsibility must give room according to booking hope management consider this review and do changes accordingly "
"Little disappointed with the room allocation, they allocated accessible room (designed for seniors) in ground floor quoting no other rooms are available. Bed was not very comfortable, I would not rate it 5 star, there is no divider between toilet and shower, it’s safety risk as someone might struggle.
Krishna restaurant was excellent including the chef and servers."

"The breakfast was fresh but had it only once during our stay.. rooms were clean.There was flooding in the shower area which needed attention House .Staff Revathi and Sai were exceptional.. We received a birthday cake when we shared that a family member was celebrating a birthday..I suggest that a clock be present in the room. Scented air diffusion in the bathroom will be fantastic.We had to use one to overcome the bad odor for the toilet..At the time of check in I clarified that buffet dinner be added for two days only , but a third day was added initially and was later informed that it was corrected to two days, but did not reflect in the final check out bill."
