"Room was not properly cleaned when I got into it and then housekeeping never came for two days until I went to front desk to complain despite them saying they come every day at 5 pm.
The hotel was very noisy
The restaurant had good food bu
The staff was very variable
The doa treatments were rudimentary given all the Ayurveda in India
The location was far from the main beautiful sites in Rishikesh and not in a walkable area "
"Clean rooms. Great staff. Not too close to everything but that could be a plus since it’s close to the train station. Too many dogs barking at night but that’s not a blemish on the hotel. Overall I would recommend."

"Rooms are overpriced for what is on offer considering there are other hotels such as Hyatt Centric, Hyatt resort & spa, Fairfield by Marriott which offer better facilities for lesser price. Gym is not upto standard expected. Food quality is poor for a Taj Hotel. Toilet smelt of sewage which needed rectifying. Toilet size is quite small and was not cleaned to standard expected."
