"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be clean, well maintained, and conveniently located. The guest laundry facilities were particularly useful during our trip.
We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lounge, and the wine vending machine was a memorable and enjoyable touch that we had not encountered elsewhere.
The rooms were comfortable but quite compact, particularly when travelling with larger suitcases. While this is not unusual in Japan, it did make moving around the room somewhat challenging.
I also appreciate the hotel’s transparency regarding the ongoing Wi-Fi issue and the efforts made to provide an alternative connection space in the 2nd floor lounge.
However, the lack of reliable in-room Wi-Fi had a significant impact on our stay. For a hotel of this size, internet access is now an essential service for most guests rather than simply a convenience. While technical issues can occur, the problem appeared to affect a substantial portion of the hotel and had apparently been ongoing for some time. It may be worthwhile reviewing the current network infrastructure, provider arrangements, or contingency options to better maintain guest connectivity in future.
Despite this issue, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if the Wi-Fi situation is resolved."
"The hotel is dated. There is an ‘old wood, old carpet’ smell in the hallways. The room also had an old smell but was bearable with airconditioning. Thw location was great. The view of the Kobe port was great. The staff was wonderful."
"The location is directly across from the train station at Sannomiya. The hotel is on the 17th and 18th floor. There are so many little restaurants and shops. The staff was very polite and helpful. It is very easy to get to other areas of Kobe by train. We plan on returning to Kobe and would definitely return.

"고베 산노미야역 근처에 있어서 기타노이진칸, 모토마치와 매우 가까운 편입니다. 또 유명한 맛집인 이스즈베이커리, 스테이크랜드도 도보 5분 거리 내에 있어서 정말 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다! 호텔이 돈키호테 바로 앞에 있어서 기념품 구매도 용이합니다.
호텔 객실이나 내부도 리모델링 된 지 얼마 안되었는지 깔끔해서 편하게 쉬기 좋았어요. (방음도 생각보다 잘 되는 편!) 객실 청소도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 체크인/아웃은 셀프로 진행되고, 한국어로 가능해서 편하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 물, 스킨케어세트, 마스크팩은 직원에게 요청하면 받을 수 있고, 빗이나 머리끈 같은 어메니티는 엘리베이터 입구에서 가져가면 됩니다. 객실에는 샴푸, 린스 같은 어메니티가 비치되어 있어요. 어메니티 종류는 많지 않지만 부족한 건 없었습니다.
다만, 산노미야역~호텔로 오는 길에 캬바쿠라가 있어서 밤에는 상점가쪽으로 돌아와야 하는 게 아쉬웠습니다."
